Child, Teen & Family Coach

Hi, I’m Melinda Toth, a child, teen, and family coach specializing in self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, and organization.

Many of the families I support come to me because their child feels easily overwhelmed, struggles with organization, or has lost confidence in themselves. Daily routines feel stressful, school demands feel heavy, and small challenges can quickly turn into big emotions - for children and parents alike.

My work focuses on strengthening self-esteem while reducing stress in a practical, compassionate way. I support children and teens in understanding their emotions, building inner confidence, and developing skills that help them feel more capable. At the same time, I work closely with parents to create supportive structure at home - especially around organizing time, routines, and belongings - so daily life feels calmer and more manageable.

I believe that organization is not about pressure or perfection. When done with understanding and emotional safety, it becomes a powerful tool to reduce overwhelm and help children trust themselves again.

My approach is gentle, respectful, and tailored to each family. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I meet children, teens, and parents where they are - helping them create more calm, confidence, and connection in their everyday lives.
